Registration for online (Zoom) presenters will be open until 2 October 2023. Registration for online audience without presentations will be also open until 2 October, 2023. Presenters (regular registration after 6 September)
Registration for presenters will be open until 21 September 2023. Registration for audience without presentations will be open until October 8, 2023. Abstracts will be canceled if the registration payment will not be confirmed by 21 September. You can book a room at special discount rates at Hotel Pokhara Grande. Please visit the Venue Page of the conference website (https://smd-nepal.com/venue/). Hotel booking at special rates will be issued soon. In-person participants can also find other hotels in Pokhara. There are many hotels in Pokhara; however, October is the busiest tourism season, so early booking is highly recommended.
